Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court records, but the access point depends on the record. Dubois Circuit Court handles probate and juvenile matters, Dubois Superior Court handles traffic and small claims, and the Clerk of the Courts keeps official trial-court records for both courts. Sheriff custody records and warrant questions follow a separate public-safety route.

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
